Before buying this mixer, we suggest watching the YouTube videos about how to use. There are some mixed reviews about the mixer being complicated and hard to use, most cases are due to the fact that the videos are not being carefully watched before using. The Ankarsrum does require studying on how to use it. It’s very different… not like the other many mixers most people are used to using. It’s not difficult to learn though if you just take a few minutes to watch the videos and read the manual. The Europeans have been using this technique for many years so it’s very possible to figure this bad boy out and enjoy this beautiful machine.
